Our classes are perfect for:
Strength and conditioning, injury rehab, pilates lovers, pre/postnatal, healthy aging and for family training
Pre-class assessment required prior to commencing classes. Claimable with private health. Classes have a maximum of 4 people and are 45mins in duration.

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Incontinence (urine or bowel)

Pelvic pain (such as endometriosis, vulvodynia, vaginismus etc )
Diastasis recti (abdominal separation)

What to Expect: During your initial consultation your physiotherapist will discuss your medical history and concerns. They will then perform a comprehensive assessment (potentially a vaginal examination if deemed necessary) to determine the best course of treatment.
Treatment may include:
Education about pelvic floor anatomy and function
Exercises to strengthen and retrain the pelvic floor muscles
Biofeedback to improve muscle awareness
Manual therapy
Electrical stimulation
