    Reformer, Wunda Chair, Trapeze Table, CoreAlign, free weights and much more

    Our classes are perfect for:

    Strength and conditioning, injury rehab, pilates lovers, pre/postnatal, healthy aging and for family training

    Pre-class assessment required prior to commencing classes. Claimable with private health. Classes have a maximum of 4 people and are 45mins in duration.

  • Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

    Conditions we commonly treat: 

    • Incontinence (urine or bowel)

    • Prolapse

    • Pelvic pain (such as endometriosis, vulvodynia, vaginismus etc )

    • Diastasis recti (abdominal separation)

    • Pre- and postnatal care

    • Sexual dysfunction

    • Menopause care. 

    What to Expect: During your initial consultation your physiotherapist will discuss your medical history and concerns. They will then perform a comprehensive assessment (potentially a vaginal examination if deemed necessary) to determine the best course of treatment.

    Treatment may include:

    • Education about pelvic floor anatomy and function

    • Exercises to strengthen and retrain the pelvic floor muscles

    • Biofeedback to improve muscle awareness
