Bio

Nicole has been professionally involved in the health and fitness industry since 2014. Nicole personally embarked on her own rehabilitation journey during her time at The Australian Ballet School back in 2009-2012. This extensive and comprehensive ballet training from a young age made Nicole highly aware of human physiology and the benefits of exercise rehabilitation.

Since then she has graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with distinction (2021), Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (2016) and a Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy (2016). Nicole has completed additional training with both WHTA and APA and holds Level 1 & 2 Women’s Pelvic Health certification.

Nicole has worked in both public and private sectors across a variety of areas including sport, pelvic health and musculoskeletal. Her passion is using exercise as medicine to support people through their journey of health and ageing. With Nicole's wide range of skills and experience she has the confidence to tailor and adapt any treatment plan to meet the needs of each and every person regardless of exercise experience, abilities and pre-existing injuries or health concerns.

Nicole’s patients love her vibrant and enthusiastic approach to instructing and educating. No two exercise programs are ever the same, with Nicole individualising and personalising each aspect to fit each patient's health objectives and goals.

When Nicole isn’t at work, she enjoys getting out doors, trying new restaurants and relaxing river walks with her pup, Jeff.

**You may be lucky to meet the clinic dog - Jeff. He is extremely friendly and just wants to say hello to all the patients, then will go back to sleep on the sunny driveway. If you are not a dog person, don’t stress, he can nap in another room!
