It means so much to us that you choose to support a small business and trust us with your healthcare needs. Your trust and loyalty are truly appreciated!

Group Exercise Rehabilitation Classes Update
Our group exercise rehabilitation classes are gaining momentum and getting busier! These classes are designed to enhance your recovery and promote overall strength and wellness in a supportive environment. We encourage you to secure your preferred ongoing timeslot for 2025. By letting us know, we can prebook you in from December. 

Cancellation Policy Reminder
Please remember to give us 24 hours notice for any cancellations. This helps us accommodate other clients to get off the waitlist. 

Socks/footwear

When participating in Group exercise classes we ask that you please wear Pilates socks for hygiene reasons as well as to reduce wear on the Pilates equipment. We will have more stock available  for 2025. We understand at times enclosed footwear with orthotics need to be worn when exercising and we are happy to support this. 

Class Packages Available

We also want to remind you that class packages are available. They’re a fantastic way to stay committed, save money, and allow you to get away quickly after class. Plus, remember that you can still claim on your health fund even if you purchase a package! 10 x small group exercise classes = $350

Refer a Friend in January
In January, we invite you to refer a friend to our clinic. As a thank you for spreading the word, you’ll receive a free group class! It’s a great way to share the benefits of our services with someone you care about.

Important Dates
Please note that the last day the clinic is open for 2024 is Friday, December 20th as we take a break for Christmas. We will resume normal operations on Monday, January 6th. We look forward to seeing you in 2025.
